Where is Oslo Spektrum?
Oslo Spektrum is located between Oslo City and the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel. Our address is Sonja Henies plass 2. Click here for a detailed map of the area.
How do I get to Oslo Spektrum?
We are situated a short walk away from Oslo Central Station and Oslo Bus Terminal. In addition, all metro trains stop at Jernbanetorget station, which is directly beneath Oslo Spektrum. If you need information on travel in Oslo, we recommend that you go to the Trafikanten website.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for all forthcoming events can be purchased on our website. To book tickets by telephone, contact our ticket office. Contact details for the ticket office can be found on our main page.
What are the opening hours of the ticket office?
Opening hours, ticket office:
Monday through Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
Mid June until mid August:
Monday through Friday: 09:00 – 16:00
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
Where is my gate?
To locate your gate, look at the map located under “Documents” in the grey section on the right.
Where can I find lost property and confiscated items?
Lost property and confiscated items can be found in reception. Call 22 05 29 00 for enquiries.
Where can I find overnight accommodation?
Our closest neighbour is the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel, on the opposite side of the road. Thon Hotel Terminus, Scandic Byporten and Royal Christiania Hotel are also in our immediate neighbourhood.
Do you have special opening hours in connection with events?
In the case of events on Saturdays/Sundays, our doors open two hours before the performance starts. The ticket office stays open until the performance starts in the case of events on Mondays to Friday. Doors open about one hour before performances start.
Can I buy a gift card for tickets to Oslo Spektrum?
Yes you can. A concert memory makes a perfect gift. Gift cards are available from our ticket office. Gift cards are valid for one year and can be used at our ticket office as payment for tickets to all our events.
Is the arena accessible to wheelchair users?
Special areas have been designated for wheelchair users and one companion, with easy access to the arena. Use Gate 1. To reserve wheelchair places, please call our ticket office on 815 11 211.
Is it safe for me to buy tickets from unofficial outlets?
No. Oslo Spektrum’s guests are advised that we have had cases of counterfeit/invalid tickets. Always buy your tickets through an official outlet. Even tickets that look genuine may have been manipulated, and this will only be revealed when the barcode on the ticket is scanned at the entrance to the arena. Counterfeit/invalid tickets will always be rejected, even if the purchaser bought them in good faith.
Is there an age limit on attending your events?
There are normally no age limits at our events. If the organiser has decided otherwise, the age limit will be shown in our information about the event and on the ticket.
Is it possible to park near Oslo Spektrum?There are numerous multi-storey parking facilities in the immediate vicinity of the arena.
Are there parking hubs for City Bikes near the arena?
There is a City Bike hub next to Oslo Plaza and two large hubs in the nearby Vaterland park.
