Counterfeit/Invalid Tickets
Oslo Spektrum wishes to inform that counterfeit tickets for certain shows may be in circulation.

Always buy your tickets through an official outlet. Even tickets that look genuine may have been manipulated, and this will only be revealed when the barcode on the ticket is scanned at the entrance of the arena on the day of the event. Counterfeit tickets will always be rejected, even if purchased in good faith.

It’s the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to make sure that the ticket maintains in readable condition and that the barcode is visible for scanning at the entrance. Should the ticket be lacking its barcode, the ticket is invalid and will be dismissed at the entrance.
